What we process and why

This site has no forms: contact happens over WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We only process the data you send us voluntarily in that first message — typically a name, a phone number or email address, and a description of your project.

The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare a proposal.

The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

We keep the correspondence for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods. If no commercial relationship follows, we delete the conversation once it is no longer needed.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use email, messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and web hosting providers, acting as processors — or, in the case of WhatsApp, as an independent controller.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the metadata of that conversation is also governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, uses no third-party analytics and loads no external resources: fonts and images are served from our own domain. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@eolasprints.com and stating which right you are exercising.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
