Because that is what a platform the size of SomosTorre costs: web, two published native apps, live integrations and an admin panel. Below it, the honest answer is usually not to build custom at all — there is almost always an existing tool that solves 80%, and we will say so in the discovery instead of selling you a project.
How long does it take?
Three to six months to the first production release, depending on scope. The discovery gives you the date before you sign.
