eolasprints.com is the online store of Eolas Prints, the manufacturer whose development studio is Eolas Labs: its own filament, plus 3D printers, laser engravers and 3D scanners. Shopify wired to the ERP, the warehouse and the carriers, in four languages, checking out in 235 countries and territories and 112 currencies.

The problem
Selling outside your own country multiplies the paperwork by country: different VAT, different duties, different customs documentation and different carriers. Done by hand, each international order costs more time than it leaves in margin.
What we built
Shopify as the shop window, and the plumbing behind it: ERP sync for stock and invoicing, a warehouse connection, VAT/OSS and DDP/DAP duty calculation at checkout, HS codes per product, and automatic multi-carrier label printing.
The hard part
Making stock a single thing. The moment the store and the ERP each keep their own version of the truth, you start selling what you do not have. A good share of the project is deciding which system owns which field, and what happens when two of them disagree.
The AI part
The store is structured so AI assistants can understand it: structured data, clear entities, citeable content. It receives customers referred from ChatGPT — and that work is exactly what we sell as the AI visibility service.
